Jury Awards $257,000.00 in Wrist Fracture Case
A Palm Beach County jury awarded $257,119.37 to a Firm client following a two day trial in early November. Greg Zele and Greg Huber tried the case together on behalf of a 19-tear-old woman who suffered a compound fracture of her left wrist that required surgery to repair. Our client was a front seat passenger in a vehicle that rear ended a stopped SUV causing the airbag to deploy and fracture her wrist as she tried to brace herself for impact. Before trial the maximum offer from the Defendant’s insurance company was $100,000.00.
