Our focus is you and it is our goal to make sure you are compensated fairly for your injuries. The attorneys at Zele Huber have a proven track record of achieving results. We are proud members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend Magazine’s Legal Elite.
Our commitment to each and every client is to give you the individual attention you deserve from your attorney. At Zele Huber an attorney – not a paralegal – meets with each client. We are always available to answer your questions by phone, email or in person. In fact, we feel so strongly about our commitment to serve our clients that our cell phone numbers’ are on our business cards. We intentionally limit the number of cases we accept and assign to each attorney so that every client receives the personal and proper attention he or she deserves.Read more…
If we do not recover money for your case, you will owe us nothing. We handle personal injury cases on a contingent fee basis, which means you don’t pay us a dime unless we recover money for you. If a verdict or settlement is reached, we will receive a percentage of the total recovery as well as any costs associated with the case.
At Zele Huber we believe that it is our obligation to you, the client, to keep your costs as low as possible. We pay all the costs associated with your case up front and, again, if we don’t recover money for you, we will not charge you for any of those costs. Not every personal injury law firm makes that promise, but at Zele Huber, that promise will be in writing at the time you chose us for representation.Read more…
Every single accident is different. Every person’s circumstances at the time of the accident are different. Our attorneys must determine if the defendant’s negligence caused your injury and what damages you incurred. In addition, in order to receive compensation for your damages, we must prove liability.
Many personal injury law firms will use a paralegal to “screen” or even sign up your case. At Zele Huber an experienced trial attorney will meet with you – at your home or in the hospital if need be – to discuss whether or not you have a case for which our firm is willing to undertake representation. The consultation is always free no matter how long it takes and, of course, you only pay us if we take your case and recover money for you.
Every case is different and the amount of time depends on many factors. Some cases can be resolved in a matter of a few months while others make take a year or more. A big part of how long it takes to resolve your case depends upon the severity of your injury, the healing process, the amount of insurance coverage, the insurance carrier involved, and whether the case can be settled without filing a lawsuit. During your initial free consultation with an attorney from our law firm, we will be able to give you a better idea of how long your individual case will take based on your individual circumstances. As your attorney, we will constantly update you regarding the progress of your case. You will always know that we are working hard to resolve your case.
