Barry N. Heisler, II

Barry Heisler concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death and medical malpractice.  He received his Juris Doctor Degree with Honors, from St. Thomas University (Miami) in 1995.  After practicing in his home state of Maryland for two years, he returned to Florida in 1997, where he has practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury, and marital law.  During this time, he became a partner with the statewide firm, Fowler-White.  In January 2005, Mr. Heisler joined the firm, Lytal & Reiter where he concentrated his practice on medical malpractice, pharmaceutical products and diverse areas of personal injury litigation, prior to opening his own firm in the Fall of 2007.  Mr. Heisler became of counsel to Zele Huber in 2022.

Mr. Heisler is AV rated and is admitted to practice in, Maryland, Florida, U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeal for the Eleventh Circuit.  He has served as chairman of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee for the 15th Judicial Circuit and has held memberships in numerous legal associations.
